Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with order-related questions, product information, and shipping inquiries
• Handle customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain information accuracy
• Stay updated on product lines and company policies to enhance customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Deliver every interaction with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
