Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Evaluate posts, comments, and messages for appropriateness and adherence to community standards
• Document and report any instances of policy violations or inappropriate content
• Engage with community members to provide clarification and support regarding moderation decisions
• Collaborate with the moderation team to improve processes and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and monitor content trends
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in content moderation

Requirements

• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• No experience required; candidates with a strong willingness to learn will be considered
