About the person:

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Solutions Agents to join our head office based on South William St, Dublin 2. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, are results orientated and outcome focused.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide best-in-class customer support on behalf of Thérapie Clinic
• Co-ordinate and bring to a satisfactory resolution, all service issues/complaints received by Thérapie Clinic
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the complaint investigation process
• Collaborate with other areas of the business ensuring that identified issues are resolved
• Maintain Thérapie Clinic’s complaint registers
• Identify complaint trends, root cause and continually look for ways to improve core business processes
• Any other ad hoc projects or tasks, as required

Requirements:

• Educated to Leaving Cert. standard or equivalent
• Strong administrative skills with excellent knowledge of MS Office
• High level of experience in resolving customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Dynamic team player who thrives in a challenging environment
• Highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care and reaching resolution
• Excellent prioritising & time management skills
