How will you make an impact?
We are looking for an expert and motivated IT Enterprise Software Client Services Specialist focusing on our innovative Laboratory Informatics Products. The right candidate is someone who enjoys helping customers implement digital technologies and scientific software to aid them in their important work like developing and manufacturing vaccines, discovering novel therapies for cancer, protecting the environment, or ensuring our food and water are safe!
What will you do?
Be a critical piece to implement our Enterprise Software in our customers’ laboratories, responsible for providing professional services for our cloud native platform for both on-premise and cloud infrastructure by drawing on strong Linux, cloud and networking experience.
Partner with our customers to guide them through the technical implementation stages of an Enterprise software deployment, collaborating with and educating the customers’ IT representatives in the requirements for a successful project.
Deliver and facilitate professional services and consulting engagements including implementations, end-user training, administration training and implementation guidance.
Work closely with Product Development, DevOps, Network and Security Engineers to improve the product by relaying customer experiences.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Highschool diploma/GED is required (relevant bachelors degree is preferred)
2+ years of experience of relevant IT experience is required
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both Linux system and network administration with a security-centric approach including:
Strong Linux shell experience
Experience in on-premises and cloud environments in either Azure, AWS or Azure
Experience with virtualization and container technologies
Solid grasp of network engineering, firewalls, load balancing and applicable administration methods along with knowledge of multi-tiered architectures, enterprise applications, data management systems and hardware systems
Knowledge of network design, network architecture, protocols and network topology
Knowledge of Internet protocols and services including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SMTP, and HTTP
Overnight travel up to 70%

Kubernetes-based deployments Authentication and authorizations protocols such as SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, 2FA/MFA, OTP/TOTP, WebAuthn, etc Security standards related to PKI, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, 2FA/MFA and Federated Identity Transport protocols (TCP/UDP), Switching, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and Multicast (PIM/IGMP)
