KEY CONSIDERATIONS

Support representatives are responsible for assisting customers and franchise owners via email communications. They assist with analyzing and assessing calls for quality assurance purposes.

PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to email communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately and precisely listen and assess sales and customer service calls on a daily basis.
• Acting as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees in the initial to the final stage of the sales process

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Previous phone experience preferred
• High School or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask (talking, typing, with attention to detail)
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong computer skills with strength in typing speed (40+ wpm)

• Saturday: 9am – 7pm
• Sunday: 10am – 6:30pm

COMPENSATION

$14.00/Hr
