TIAA seeks an Administrative Assistant professional to join our team in either our Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT location supporting professionals within the business area of Client Relationships operational day-to-day duties. All tasks, responsibilities and assignments must be completed with the highest level of quality following regulatory procedures (FINRA).

Although limited experience is required, candidates will be working closely with both internal and external clients, so teamwork is a must. The ideal candidate possesses a curiosity to learn the business and be comfortable providing administration support to internal partners.

Desired experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word and Excel), Relational Database, Travel & Expense systems
  
• Able to multi-task and produce in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  
• Organized, detail oriented and follows-through
  

Location: Denver, CO. This role is determined to be a Hybrid-Flex role which would entail some days in the TIAA office, some days from a home office.

Potential Salary: $27.60 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
