The Community Association Manager (CAM), you will manage the general
business and operations of the common property and services of
condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities through their
homeowners’ or community associations on behalf of Tidewater. The CAM
works with a portfolio of HOAs and Condo Associations out of the
designated Tidewater Property Management office. The CAM will manage an
average portfolio of 10 to 12 properties on behalf of Tidewater Property
