TIMBERLAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOC JACKSON Hiring for Grounds Maintenance Manager at Jackson, Tennessee Full Time
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and maintain all yard tools such as riding mower, push mower, weed eater, blower, pole saw, leaf mulching machine, etc.
- Repair said tools if needed
- General Yard duties including but not limited to: mowing, weed eating, trimming, blowing and bagging leaves, etc.
- Keep the streets clear of debris and trash
- Maintain the shop and supply area
- Maintain the swimming pool
- Power wash the tennis courts annually and the courts clear of debris weekly
- Replace Light bulbs in the security lights
- blow off the roofs and clean gutters bi-annually
- Weed the shrub beds
- Fertilize and cover the beds with pine straw mulch
- Trim the shrubs
- Plant Shrubs as needed
- Water the shrub beds
- Other duties as requested by the grounds and Landscaping Committee or the Board of Directors
Shift will vary based on needs of the HOA
