Job Qualifications:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Proven 4 years of progressive experiences in HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Pro-active, Independent and have strong understanding of MOM guidelines for labour law requirements, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in implementing ERP / HR software will be an advantage
• Experience in construction industry will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HR managers (the AM and Manager) of Tiong Seng, together with the HR team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services.
• Drive HR 5 key trusts and strong advocator of Tiong Seng’s family spirit & culture.
• A HR generalist to perform the Human Resource frontline and backend operations.
• Work in peers with our existing HR Executives to perform payroll related responsibilities for both workers and staffs (system/manual) including, but not limited to; Exit Interviews, Salaries, Overtime, Submission of CPF and Tax Returns.
• Assist to arrange and administer training and L&D activities in company.
• Administer all work pass related matters including application / renewal / cancellation and appeal.
• Work with our existing insurance brokers to manage and administrating all insurance related claims and cases such as workmen injury compensation (WICA), and Group Level Staffs Insurance (Eg; GHS etc ..)
• Provide full support in the compensation and benefits implementation.
• Provide support in administrating the HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and familiar with MYE regulations.
• Support in the handling of workplace issues and grievances.
• Update CPF board on workers on home leave for rebate of levy when necessary.
• Ensure MOM/BCA advisories are followed and monitor MOM updates on pandemic medical procedure requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
