TMPG Hiring for Media Assistant at Remote Full Time

TMPG / Uncover, an award-winning promotional media agency based in White Plains, NY is seeking a full-time Media Assistant for a remote position. We are looking for the right candidate who can work along-side our media team to help with the media buying and execution process. Candidate will mainly assist our team on behalf of our top tier clientele with various media vendors with an emphasis on local radio. The candidate will help the team in various functions and will work with vendors to insure flawless execution of various promotional extensions such as personality endorsements, events, digital and social media and custom branded content when applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist buying team with all aspects of buying process such as managing contacts, availing markets and inputting buys into Strata View buying software.
• Assist team with planning functions by reaching out to key markets for pertinent planning information.
• Execute programs with vendors and steward the buys to insure proper execution.
• Assist team with checking media contracts, invoices, airchecks and proof of performance for accuracy
• Work with top radio stations and high profile DJs to insure accuracy of client messaging on air and in social media posts.
• Effectively communicate with media vendors and internal teams to provide necessary reporting for clients.

Experience and Abilities:

• Eagerness to learn and attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively, work efficiently and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Excel
• Candidate must be able to work independently in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience or knowledge of Media a plus but not mandatory.
