TMT Research Development, Inc., a small yet multi-faceted Aerospace & Manufacturing Business has an immediate opening for a part-time position to help and assist the office for approximately six to nine months. Hours would be 4-5 hours per day that can be flexible but need to be between Business Hours 8:00am through 5:00pm M-F. Highly organized multi-tasking individual with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred. Wage will be commensurate with experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Answering incoming Customer calls and emails and responding to their inquiries.
· Data entry of new orders through final billing of completed orders using Intuit Quickbooks and Microsoft Word for required shipping documents.
· Providing open order status reports using Microsoft Excel.
· Maintaining office record keeping system, customer files and day to day accounting documents with confidentiality.
· Open and distribute mail to appropriate personnel.
· Assist Office Manager with light clerical duties as well as AR, AP as needed.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
