Nous sommes TOP Window Covering, une compagnie internationale qui crée des tissus de recouvrements de fenêtres haut de gamme pour des fabriquants mondiaux. Nous avons des entrepôts et des bureaux de vente situés aux Pays-Bas, Royaume-Unis, États-Unis et Canada.

Nous sommes en pleine expansion donc à la recherche d’un employé dynamique et enthousiaste pour occuper le poste d’assistant-gérant d’entrepôt et de bureau.

Responsabilités

• Expédition des commandes

• Réception de la marchandise

• Coupe de tissu et préparation pour l’expédition
• Inventaire de la marchandise

Qualifications

• Bonne forme physique
• Licence pour conduire un chariot-élévateur
• Connaissances de base en informatique
• Bonne compréhension en français et en anglais
• Minimum expérience du travail au moins 1~2 ans

We are growing and we are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic warehouse assistant manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ship sales orders
• Receive purchase orders
• Cut fabrics to ordered length and prepare for shipping
• Perform stock counts

Requirements

• Good physical health
• License to operate a forklift
• Sufficient computer skills
• Is proficient in English and French
• Minimum 1~2 years warehouse and some administrative experience

Salary

• To be discussed; depends on experience and skills.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
• Use warehouse management software
• Receive/process shipments
• Perform proper forklift inspection, minor servicing and repairs as necessary
