Due to the constant growth of our business we are currently expanding our team and have a number of openings for experienced Construction / warehousing Recruiters to join our team and work directly for us in our head office which is located in Lucan, Co Dublin

These roles are permanent, long term and will involve working directly for Total Solutions

Successful candidates should preferably have some previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment and preferably have strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry although training can be provided if you have experience working in high volume recruitment in a different industry

The role itself will involve covering the temporary staffing requirements of our construction and warehousing clients through our various jobs sites (Indeed, Jobs.ie, Gumtree etc) as well as through our social media platforms and in-house Database of candidates.

BD and Sales experience are a plus but are not a requirement for the role, we need recruiters who can find Suitable Temporary Construction staff efficiently.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Construction Industry Knowledge (preferred)

Salary and package for this role are Fully negotiable and will depend on both experience and suitability for the role, excellent terms available as well as excellent commission structure
