JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a data entry specialist to assistwith a digital file indexing project. The data entry specialist would be responsible for going through scanned documents and indexing them to the correct employee with the correct document type and date.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The data entry specialist will be responsible for high volume data entry and indexing of documents in Hyland Onbase which is used for tracking employee records.
• The data entry specialist will be file naming and data entry according to strict naming conventions.
• The data entry specialist will have an outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize appropriate computer systems within the department to be able to process the workflow daily.
• Being comfortable in a face paced environment.
• Collaborate and maintain open communication with all departments

Requirements:
– Must be fully vaccinated.
– HS Diploma/GED
