Position Overview

thl has recently created a Transformation team. The Transformation team helpsthl businesses accelerate growth and navigate disruption. Establishing longer-term direction, working backwards to today’s actions. Utilising methods fit forthl – an entrepreneurial drive for momentum, underpinned by appropriate structures and governance for a PLC of our size.

Transformation has been leading the post-merger integration of Apollo andthl and has a suite of growth projects that it continues to facilitate for the group.

We’re looking for a Transformation Analyst to join the team. Someone with a flexible skillset and adaptable mindset, who can flex between business analysis, project management, and PMO. Carrying a customer service orientation to quickly understand business context, facilitate strategy development and support implementation.

The role reports directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and will have regular exposure to thethl Executive Team.

Requirements

Education&Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related area, preferably in Commerce or Engineering
• 3 – 5 years experience in strategy, project management, and PMO
• Experience with a management consultancy or in-house strategy is preferred
• Experience in agile and design thinking working methods preferred
• Strong problem solving skillset, with the ability to scope, lead, and deliver projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
