At Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington, we are looking to grow our team with a customer service minded individual that we can develop for a career as a professional New Vehicle Consultant.

Applicants do not need to have extensive knowledge of vehicles; however, a passion for helping people is a must. We provide, in conjunction with Toyota New Zealand, extensive training for all of our staff. Some sales, customer service, or people management experience is advantageous however; it is not a pre-requisite.

Remuneration is by way of a balance of motivational salary, commission and bonuses. Added bonuses include a drive car with a monthly fuel allowance, staff discounts & opportunities for career development.

As we are a 6 day business, weekend work is required, however we operate a fair rotating roster.
