Order Entry Clerk- Stafford, TX

Temp – possible Temp to Hire (1-3 months)

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to work within our clients Order Management team in Stafford, Texas. The overall responsibility of an order management analyst is to ensure that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Log customer comments into software tools
• Investigate customer concerns
• Communicate with outside sales, sales managers, and product managers to determine resolution strategy
• Support the external sales team where direct customer liaison is required
• Provide varied phone and e-mail support to customers regarding their claims
• Complete order-entry, return orders, credit memos, and debit memos
• Provide shipping information
• Respond to requests for literature and product information
• Answers technical questions from customers

Qualifications

• Order Entry, Inside Sales or Customer Support experience
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent written, verbal, and math skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• SAP experience Preferred
• Excellent computer skills, solid math skills, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

• Order Entry: 2 years (Preferred)
