The Dunedin Civil Construction Industry is well underway for summer, and we need you! This is your opportunity to start a career in an industry that will upskill you and will set you up for life.
There is the potential to start out as a labourer and learn the ropes with a view to becoming a Machine operator, Drainlayer, Supervisor.
What You Need
- Work ethic: Reliability, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Fitness: This is physical work so you will need to be fit and strong and have stamina.
- Team Player: Working in small teams so you will need to get on with others.
- Health and Safety: There are significan hazards so you will need to work safely and follow processes to the letter.
What We Can Provide
- Safety Training: We will pay for Site-safe and/or construct safe courses.
- Machine Operating tickets: If required, we will pay for WTR tickets up front (you will need to reimburse us weekly).
- Apprenticeships: We can facilitate formal apprentice training so you gain recognised qualifications.
