? Ability to input data into clients systems. Updating the database and building basic reports.
? Personal tasks – Conducting set up of clients daily life ? date night set up, setting reminders for important life events, monthly expenses management, purchasing gifts, dry cleaning, booking restaurants and events, etc.
? Resend outstanding invoices and monitor invoicing deadlines.
? Handle calendar management ? scheduling meetings, syncing with devices, adding upcoming events.
? Email management.
? Basic bookkeeping – Expenses input, basic calculations, basic budgets.
? Conduct online research for clients and prepare data easily.
? Convert notes to clients preferred document keeping.
? Preparing clients for reports and presentations – proofing, writing, research.
? Researching/making travel and accommodation arrangements.
