Train and Nourish Hiring for Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Philadelphia, PA Full Time

Train and Nourish is an all women’s fitness studio with three locations in Philadelphia. We offer personal training, group fitness classes and nutrition services at our boutique style studios.

We are searching for a highly creative and motivated female to join our team as a social media expert! This position will execute social media strategies and develop content to support the Train and Nourish brand.

This role requires you to drive to multiple locations in Philadelphia in order to grab content for our social channels – we are located in Fairmount, Fishtown and East Passyunk.

The goals of this role will be to enhance brand awareness in the Philadelphia area, deliver local brand support to help T&N expand its reach and engagement on social media and beyond, cross-promote content, drive traffic to the company’s website and convert our audience into clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Update social media content across all channels
• Create social media strategies that drive traffic to the company’s website and generate leads for events.
• Manage companies 4 social media accounts and possibly launch new accounts on unused social media platforms.
• Record new and fresh content at all three of our locations each week
• Engage with customers and followers
• Plan & develop social media campaigns
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively with management team
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.
• At the direction of the Owner, create and supply the team with reports and analytics.
• Manage the company’s Community Involvement initiative by reviewing social media channel page posts and responding to comments and messages daily.
• Constantly propose fresh creative ideas while analyzing data and consumer trends to identify relevant opportunities that challenge status quo.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Craft engaging content to drive up metrics on all platforms
• Organized and able to multitask

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
