We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to process and equip data to use in reports and analyses. As a Data Entry Clerk, we expect you to have excellent writing skills, as you will be using reports to communicate information to internal departments. Computer knowledge is also essential, since you will be using a variety of software programs to enter data. We want you to have excellent attention to detail and an eye for errors, which will help us produce high-quality reports. Ultimately, your goal will be to process data for various reports and analyses that help boost customer service levels.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information and records into various computer systems and databases.
• Update sales, contact and inventory records into various computer systems.
• Manage database integrity by removing duplications, verifying data accuracy and implementing corrections.
• Enter billable hours for accounting purposes.
• Perform quality checks on entries by performing data audits.
• Import and export data between organizations in various formats (EXCEL, PDF, PowerPoint etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
