Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$41,700.00 – $68,800.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk, scheduling phone calls for Risk Control Consultants with customers to conduct a Risk Control survey. This job does not manage staff.

What Will You Do?

• Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk, scheduling for Risk Control Consultants for phone calls with customers to perform a Risk Control survey.

• Establishes customer contact, provides information on nature of the phone call.

• Responsible for scheduling appointment and necessary documentation.

• Provides confirmation to consultant for the appointment.

• Other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• High School Education or equivalent required.

• 2 years minimum of outbound call handling

• Strong communication and problem resolution skills required

• Experience with call center or providing telephone customer service required

• Microsoft Office and data entry experienced required
