Job Responsibilities
- Receptionist fill in work
- Handle shipping and receiving of shop mail and departments through Fedex
- Sort Mail and distribute as received to departments
- Order shipping supplies, office supplies
- Restock copy paper, and supplies, check toner levels of copy machines
- Clean soda fountain and replace syrups
- Maintain inventory of office supply stock, disposable goods, soda products.
- Run weekly payroll shipping reports
- Manage floor access and cover phone calls when receptionist is away
- Check hand sanitizer & glove stations for replacement
- Setup training room for corporate meetings
- Cover front desk as needed.
- Update employee directories
Monday- Friday 8-5
