- Manage contracts; monitor performance and manage issues raised by vendors
- Work closely with the sales team to understand purchase requirements and address customer inquiries
- Establish and maintain good contact and relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Make every effort to ensure purchases are at the optimal / best value
- Constantly seek new and alternative sources and strategies
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing, new, and potential vendors
- Maintain high market knowledge in order to inform management about upcoming trends and/or developments
- Display company values of integrity, ownership, teamwork, excellence & family spirit
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- Be a buddy to another colleague for sharing and collaborating on work-related matters
Requirements
- Open to any educational level
- Customer service experience is a MUST
