Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for older adults
• Develop menus that meet a range of dietary needs, including diabetic, soft, gluten-free, and vegetarian
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (NZ Food Control Plan)
• Work collaboratively with the care team to support resident wellbeing
• Manage food stock, ordering, and portion control
