The Role:
You will make an impact by joining as a Backend C++ Engineer. You will play a key role in the continued development of the organisation and core products. Be part of a well-funded and agile organisation and work with the brightest minds in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
• Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team
• Design, develop and deploy backend C++ services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability
• Build and operate infrastructure, toolsets and deployment pipelines
• Assist the software/hardware development teams to make informed decisions about the future direction of complex deployed system design

The successful candidate:

In order to be considered for this role, you will meet the majority of the following criteria;

• At least 3 of Software development experience in C++ is required.
• Experience with Linux is required
• Understanding of Python and database architectures is ideal.
• Experience with developing and testing containerized software applications on multi-server platforms.
