• The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting of the firms

electronic client files.

• This position will provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support functions in order to increase efficiency of client services and the firm as a whole.
• This person might also be asked to assist with document formatting or other administrative assistant tasks.
• The right person for our Administrative Assistant position will be someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and a quick and eager learner who is looking for a long-term position with a close-knit team.
• We are also looking for someone who is flexible and willing to do whatever tasks or projects are needed to help the firm function effectively.
• High school education and/or some college preferred.
• Some office experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MSWord and MSOutlook, and Adobe.
• Ability to use judgment, tact, discretion, and keep information confidential.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Professional communication, demeanor, and work habits.

• Assist with scanning and filing old client documents as part of file closing process.
• Complete basic clerical tasks, including data entry; photocopy/ scan/ fax, etc.
• File and organize electronic documents.
• Format and edit legal and administrative documents.
• Assist staff and attorneys with assignments and projects as needed.
• Perform any other task required to assist the firm function effectively.
• Fill in for the front desk receptionist and/or Legal Assistants as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
