Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative, Administrative Position

TruNorth Pest Control is a family owned and operated growing pest control company specializing in pest control, mosquito control, termite control, rodent and wildlife control in the Atlanta market. TruNorth is located in Conyers, Ga. and we are adding a position that will multi-task as we grow and eventually will be split into two positions. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to use their specific talent to work and grow with an upward thinking company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls for sales and service.

• Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service.

• Close sales and send out proper agreements to customers.

• Set sales appointments for new customers and communicate with techs and inspectors.

• Confirm, schedule and reschedule services for customers.

• Maintain good customer relations in person and over the phone.

• Process customer payments.

• Answer billing questions.

• Customer Resolution by gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems.

• Sell the value of our service and suggest upgrades to the services the customer has.

• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.

• Update customer information in the database.

• Other duties as required by Management.

Skills Needed:

• Great listening and communication skills

• Work under pressure while multitasking

• Available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.

• Great phone voice and ability to speak clearly and to be understood by the customers

• Attention to detail and following procedures and policies

• Computer skills include office products and custom databases.

• All work is digital with internet phones and all agreements are transmitted electronically

Job Type: Full-Time

Education: High School or Equivalent

Experience: Customer Service 1 yr.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. If you drive at all you will have to submit a DMV driving record for the past three years.

Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
