Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly review and conduct risk assessment of existing Company policies, procedures and practices and ensure company’s operations are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and latest MAS requirements
• Provide advised on Banking Act, including AML/KYC/PDPA and company’s compliance policies, procedures and Compliance program, as well as the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment
• Identify potential legal and compliance risks via conducting assessment and recommending action plans to mitigate such risks
• Any other ad-hoc matter / initiatives / project related to Compliance/ legal and government’s rules

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree Holder with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in compliance role, certificate in AML/PDPA an added advantage, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ability to handle legal and compliance work independently
