Job Description: Administrative Assistant and Medical Records

• Part Time
• Monitors the current status of the work and projects for supervisor(s).
• Maintains supervisor’s appointment calendar. Arranges appointments, meetings, and conferences. Contacts the appropriate persons to attend.
• Attends meetings or conferences as assigned and reports on major points and actions resolved or to be taken.
• Resolves administrative problems by preparing reports, analyzing data and identified solutions.
• Handles variety of matters involving contact with facility and medical staff, committees, government agencies, and the public.
• Composes correspondence and disseminates to appropriate individuals. Answers phones, questions and requests.
• Processes expense sheets and invoices.
• Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance with Turn Key Health policies and procedures.
• Ensures equipment operation, calls for repairs, maintains equipment inventories, and evaluates new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains personnel files for each employee
• Reconciles employee time records, prepares payroll, and maintain leave records
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports as assigned
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Athens, AL 35611: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Medical records: 1 year (Preferred)
