Call Center Manager- Bilingual in Spanish
(Fully Remote)
Salary: $28/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time
A large client of ours, a global financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Managers to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization and is fully remote. Candidates must have customer service experience and be bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients about their loan status
- Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
- Manage a team of 10+ call center agents
Requirements:
- Spanish Fluency
- Management experience in a call center
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
