Job Description

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. To do well in this role you need to be committed to improving operational efficiency and willing to be a team player. The primary duties of this role include managing inventory and our digital product catalogs. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day order fulfillment

· Optimize operational processes and procedures

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues

· Listing and manage products on e-Commerce sales channels

· You must have significant attention to detail

· Maintaining product image library and other product assets

· Manage digital product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency of all listings

Job Qualifications

· Post-secondary education

· Experience: 3+ years of related experience

· Extreme attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Reliable, accountable, and independent

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software

· Capable of constantly learning and improving

· Tech savvy

· Excellent project management and organization skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects with demanding deadlines
