Twin Falls Estate Planning Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist at Twin Falls, ID Full Time

A rapidly growing, outside-the-box law firm is looking for a receptionist for an entry-level position. We are looking for someone to become an important part of our intense, but fun group to help families create a legal plan for their future.

Our office is located in Twin Falls and is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and the applicant will be expected to be available during those hours. This job primarily includes client interaction at the reception desk and through phone calls, as well as organizing and maintaining files.

Basic computer skills are required and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe is a plus. Ability to interact with clients, potential clients and co-workers with professionalism and competence is also required. The applicant will start at a pay range between $16 and $20 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, office snacks, and a matching SIMPLE IRA contribution.
