Job Description
U.S. Bank’s ACH Customer Support group is hiring! We are looking for an experienced ACH Operations Manager to lead a remote team of 11 individuals. The team is high functioning and responsible for setting up ACH services for new corporate customers that want to use ACH services as part of their treasury management services. The team receives requests, processing, validating, and moves them into production.
Job Highlights:
You will develop a cohesive team atmosphere and there are team building exercise, coffee chats (virtual) as well as sessions to support the team.
Responsible for review and approve timecards, monitor overtime to reduce.
Ensure work is meeting service level agreements, lead staff meetings to share news and cover topics such as developing new processes
Coach employees with performance issues, perform monthly or more frequently one on one’s with staff to learn of concerns or opportunities to advance department progress.Perform annual reviews.
Partner with business partners in treasuring management, development, and technical partners to resolve issues and keep aware of the overall progression of ACH topics. Onboard and implement new customers and services.
Serve as a point of contact for high-level issue escalations and areas needing attention.
Assure team is staying current with daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks as outlined in process flows.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
Strong leadership abilities
Knowledge of desktop, MS Office Suite, Words, teams, and Prep Plus desired.
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $87,465.00 – $102,900.00 – $113,190.00
