As our North Island Franchise Support Manager for the Robert Harris Café Franchise network, you’ll be the vital link between the franchise and our Café Franchisees. In this dynamic position, you’ll wear many hats: the promoter, who introduces and markets our systems, standards, and services; the regulator, who ensures their consistent implementation and compliance across our network; and the coach, who empowers our Franchisees with effective strategies to hit sales targets and deliver unparalleled customer experiences that embody the Robert Harris brand.
As our relationship builder, you will regularly visit sites, managing both café re-sales and new café setups, reinforcing the strength and vitality of our franchise community. Your ideas matter here – we look to you for innovative suggestions that can drive our network forward. You can expect regular travel in this role, covering your North Island region and linking up with the Franchise team at our Roastery in Auckland weekly. Your initial onboarding will include time at our Auckland Cafe to immerse you in the Robert Harris way.
