Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring of operating effectiveness of controls

• Conduct internal assessments to identify potential risks to internal processes and controls and collaborate with the team to remediate control gaps and identify improvement opportunities

• Communicate work progress and assessment results to management on a timely manner (status, escalations, and issues)

• Support the development, implementation and updating of relevant documentation (e.g. Narratives, how-to documents, etc.)

• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

• Ability to multi-task/prioritize

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in governance and/or related functions (such as IT audit or IT Risk Management)

• Strong business acumen to include strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar security certification preferred
