Uline Hiring for Custom Representative at Braselton, GA Full Time

• Process custom print and drop ship orders in a fast-paced environment.

• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email.

• Proof and edit customer artwork to ensure it is production-ready.

• Monitor orders daily to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.

• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and place orders online.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

• Be a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
