Our Executive Operations team keeps us on track by conducting internal operational audits, analyzing company performance and reporting findings and recommendations to Uline’s President. Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Review, audit and summarize operational data and provide executive summaries with recommendations to Uline’s President. Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for improvement in business operations. Act as a liaison between Uline’s President and various departments. Assist in managing and coordinating critical projects across functions. Recommend cost-saving initiatives and provide assistance to leaders with implementation. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years experience. Prior auditing and cross-functional experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be well organized and detail-oriented. Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to travel to branch and international locations.
