Join us as a Customer Service Associate in Motor Asset Finance
We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times
You’ll provide a pro-active and re-active service to help our Lombard customers meet their financial arrangements and goals
We’re looking for a detail-orientated individual to complete processes and procedures, while providing our customers with a seamless experience
This role is available to the end of November 2022 and can be based anywhere in the Republic of Ireland
In this role, you’ll be applying your customer service expertise to help us provide the best possible experience to customers. As a Customer Service Associate, we’ll count on you to take ownership of your customers and any necessary data gathering, making the process as simple as possible for them.
You’ll also be:
Developing strong relationships with customers, dealers, relationship managers and operations teams to enable great customer service
Maintaining an understanding of our anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements
Checking all documentation is compliant with on-boarding requirements
To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of delivering excellent customer service, along with an understanding of the banking environment and know your customer (KYC) checks and processes. You’ll be familiar with our regulatory and operational risk policies and our obligations for due diligence and AML checks. You’ll also need to be APA or QFA qualified.
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate:
A background of planning and organising your own work load
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good stakeholder engagement and management skills
Strong PC skills, with experience of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good problem solving skills
Experience of working in a busy office or information processing environment with a high level of transactions
Awareness of new businesses processes including KYC & AML
