Ultimate Asphalt and Sealing Co Hiring for Dispatcher/Sales Support at Remote Full Time

Job Type: Part-time, Fully Remote

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Ultimate Asphalt and Sealing, a rapidly growing asphalt company, is seeking a fully remote, part-time Dispatcher & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The individual will be responsible for scheduling jobs and providing critical support to the sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the calendar and making updates to all jobs as needed.
• Proactively reviewing job schedule and communicating capacity with sales
• Discussing sales forecast with owner and sales team and evaluating future capacity
• Communicate job changes with the customer and address key issues
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests as needed
• Provide support to the Sales Team including completing contracts and following up with customers.
• Help maintain and promote a healthy work culture.
• Address customer issues as needed

Requirements:

• High school education diploma, or GED.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience scheduling work and organizing tasks.
