Ultimate Paint Shop, Inc Hiring for Auto Body Shop Receptionist / CSR Job at Lake Bluff, IL Full Time

We are a well-established auto body shop seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist/CSR. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Auto body experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Saturday work required for both)

Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

Part-time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer phone calls

Schedule appointments and manage customer files

Assist customers with insurance claims and estimates

Coordinate with technicians and other staff members

Handle customer concerns or issues as needed

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience

Strong computer skills

Good at multitasking

Clean driving record

Auto body experience is a plus
