What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being front of the line for potential customer inquiries by phone, live chat, and email
• Qualifying opportunities as assisted sales opportunities, self-serve opportunities, or current customers and direct them appropriately
• Help potential customers understand the value of using Unbounce to achieve their marketing goals
• Connecting with prospects who drop off partway in the signup process and helping to address their pain points
• Assisting with customers who need help signing up and entering payment information
• Logging, tracking, and maintaining information in our CRM tool
• Maintaining, editing, and creating new conversational chat playbooks with our Drift Conversational Marketing tool
• Working closely with Account Executives to provide a delightful evaluation experience
• Interacting and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization

A Little Bit About You:

• You’re a professional who’s passionate about technology and demonstrating how our solution benefits our customers, rather than just promoting a product
• You possess 1-2 years of software experience
• You enjoy the challenge of generating new opportunities and are unwavering in your pursuit of excellence
• You have an unstoppably upbeat attitude and love working with people
• You’re an awesome communicator and express yourself well in writing; you’re warm, polished, and confident on the phone, and live and breathe the company’s brand voice to ensure our chatbots reflect this.
• You’re results-oriented and driven
• You’re keenly interested in the SaaS technology and Marketing space
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated
• You love tackling new projects and working on new ways to impact current and potential customers

• A remote friendly office with flexible hours – for this role we will consider all applications from those based in Canada with the option to work from our Vancouver office
