As Manager of Influencer Marketing, you’ll manage the day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Living Proof’s current and growing influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience identifying and engaging influencers, managing outreach programs, and creating engaging, brand worthy content. You should have a deep-rooted interest in beauty and lifestyle with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.

WHAT YOU DO

• Monitor brand mentions for talent discovery, building and maintaining new influencer relationships within various verticals and expanding influencer network

• Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content and timeline is aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams

• Support influencer campaign ideas and concepts, collaborating with social media/content teams to develop 360 programing

• Support micro-influencer and hairstylist programs, including outreach and identifying sampling/partnership opportunities on a launch and evergreen basis

• Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for management

• Track and maintain the influencer database to ensure it is up to date and optimized; own quarterly competitor analysis and recommendations for program optimization

• Collaborate with social media leads to track and leverage influencer related content daily

• Manage social media programming with influencers, including outreach and developing content around brand and business goals

• Use platforms such as Creator IQ and Dash Hudson to report brand KPIs and optimize influencer retention strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

3-4 years of beauty influencer marketing, talent relations and/or PR experience preferred

Established relationships with influencers, industry players and understanding of the digital beauty landscape

Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly organized

Must have a college degree

Knowledge of international influencers is a plus
