What success looks like in this role:
Leads the largest, most complex and critical service delivery processes for strategically important clients.
Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles related to client service delivery, incident management, change management and related activity.
Diagnoses and resolves complex and/or technical issues escalated from Service Delivery Management team members and/or clients.
Proactively identifies and addresses significant service quality and recurring / systemic issues.
Provides regular progress reports and activity updates to management, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with management to ensure Service Management priorities and activities are aligned with and support business and product goals.
Coordinates the activities of Service Management team members to provide an enterprise view of operations.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Understanding of business-related operational drivers/KPIs
Advanced office skills
Advanced data analytics skills
Expert reporting skills
Expert Problem-Solving Skills
Advanced visualization and presentation skills
Communication/stakeholder management skills
ITIL 4 Certification (Foundation – required, Specialist/Strategist – desired)
ServiceNow Fundamentals
