United Airlines Inc. looking for a Full Time Receptionist that has:
- Used telephone switchboard to answer calls, provide information, take messages, schedule appointments.
- Direct incoming phone calls
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments, reconciling credit card transactions, completing tag paperwork, and processing auto loan deficiency paperwork.
- Knowledge sets include: Receptionist, greeting clients, greeted visitors, taking messages. Job requirements* Applicants must have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
