Job Skills / Requirements
Pay $18.00, schedule will be discussed during interview
Maintain good safety and health practices at all times, according to both our company policy and our clients company policy
Demonstrate appropriate behaviors, conduct and professionalism in all inter-person, written and verbal communication
Learn and adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and professional image at all times, following all UPS Dress Code Policies and uniform requirements.
Ability and Willingness to travel to multiple work sites/locations Reliable and Punctual Attendance
Willingness to learn new concepts and develop new skills through ongoing training/education Conducts employee inspections and site/equipment evaluations and promptly report’s findings to his supervisor.
Handles emergency scheduling in the event of a call off, illness, no call /no show, and officer inability.
Ensuring the client coverage is not interrupted
Supervise and assist field officers
Will represent the Company with a positive attitude and adhere to the goal of exceeding Customer expectations.
Ensure accurate Site Reports/Time Sheets/DAR’s/Post Order Updates, Security Bulletins etc. are delivered within required time in order to ensure accurate and responsive Customer Reporting
Assist site supervisors with problem solving and report to the Operations Manager the communication requests/changes, etc.
Ensure and monitor that all on-site inspection and officers are in compliance with Customer and UPS policies and procedures
Assist in setting-up job sites using the details and procedures of the UPS Post Order Manual and/or Customer created standards
Assist with training of officers on and implementation of the written UPS Post Order Instructions. Verify that all officers sign UPS Training Instruction sheets and return to HR for filing.
Ensure the accuracy of DAR’s, Time sheets, and Customer required information; record and make available for review
Assist site supervisors with maintaining the Post Order Manual for abnormalities and Instruction changes Complete Audits per assigned schedule defined in Inspection Process / Audit Instruction when applicable
Assist with delivery of the on-site material requirements and on-site supplies
Respond timely to requested inspection materials, tools and equipment from the field
Ensure the security officers are technically competent, efficient and conduct themselves as professionals in the client facility
Report any abnormalities immediately to the Operations Manager
