Unity House of Troy is currently look for an Assistant Service Director of Hotline Services in their Domestic Violence Department. Responsibilities include supervising the operations and staffing of a large state hotline and technical assistance program for victims and survivors of domestic violence, including quality assurance of service delivery. The Assistant Service Director will be responsible for hotline management, program oversight, and direct supervision of the Program Director and program staff in the PD’s absence; coordinate trainings, assessments, scheduling; monitor compliance with grant and contract terms. The ASD will oversee all data collection/tracking and responsible for communication with stakeholders; provide conflict resolution and manage hotline complaints, following the program’s grievance procedure.
Requirements: a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with five years of experience in the domestic violence field. Current New York State License (provisional license accepted) and registration. Valid NYS Driver License and acceptable driving record in accordance to our liability insurance policy and reliable vehicle.
