How we LEAD:
UMG is seeking an exceptional Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to two attorneys in Business and Legal Affairs.
How you’ll CREATE:
  • Develop and maintain cloud based document management system
  • Review and summarize contracts in a variety of areas
  • Collect and analyze information related to industry and regulatory developments, recent transactions and best practices
  • Produce agreements, charts, memoranda, correspondence and other documents
  • Liaise with IT, office services and other internal personnel to resolve day-to-day issues and handle administrative matters
  • Handle expense reimbursements
  • Create physical and electronic files
  • Calendaring, rolling calls, meeting preparation, full travel arrangements/domestic & International
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

$36,017 – $68,640
