The UCL Faculty of Population Health Sciences (FPHS) brings together eight academic departments whose common aim is to explore and understand the underlying factors that cause ill-health and innovate to improve health worldwide. We have recently reorganised our Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team and have formed new hubs to support our different types of students: Postgraduate Taught (PGT); Postgraduate Research (PGR); Undergraduate/Online; UCL East.
Our EASE team is integrated across the Faculty and we work closely to complete annual administrative tasks together. We are continually looking for ways to increase efficiency, reduced duplication, and create a better experience for our staff.
We are looking for two Education Administrators to join our team to support our PGT students in our North and South Hubs (both based in Bloomsbury).
These roles will provide specialist administration to designated postgraduate taught (PGT) degree programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the administration.
The positions will support every part of the student lifecycle, including admissions, induction, assessments, student records, and teaching activities. They play a crucial part in providing a high quality and timely service to students and staff.
If you have any queries about the role, please contact Andreas Opitz([email protected]).
If you have any queries about the application process, please contact Anita Gorasia ([email protected]).
The Education Administrator should have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English) or have similar relevant work experience as well as being able to prioritise and organise their own workload. The Education Administrator must have excellent communications skills and be computer literate.
