Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences | School of Medicine is seeking an experienced and efficient Group Services Coordinator. This is a newly created job share position which may have ongoing prospects after the initial 12-month period.
Group Services Coordinators support Academic Heads through diary management, coordination of Finance and HR activities, assist with department specific events, functions, and production of department publications. You may also coordinate academic travel, visitor arrangements and manage scholarships and prizes.
This is a 12 month fixed term, part time (0.4FTE, 15 hours per week) position.
Remuneration: $60,000 – $68,000 per annum, pro rata; dependent on experience

You will be a highly organised individual, with prior experience in an administrative role. You will also have a “can do attitude”, immaculate attention to detail with the ability to manage a busy workload.
Your interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will be exceptional, as you will be working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team with and outstanding customer focus for the faculty’s key stakeholders.
